Family Medicine Opportunity - Valparaiso, IN

Northwest Medical Group, a member of Northwest Health Network, has multiple opportunities for board certified/board eligible Family Medicine physicians to join our team New residents welcome Practice locations in Valparaiso and Portage in multi-physician clinics.

Northwest Health - Porter will provide you with the opportunity to balance a great quality of life with a fulfilling medical practice. Details of the position include:
  • Outpatient only
  • Existing patient base available with opportunity to grow
  • Office based procedures encouraged and supported
  • Collaborative, supportive partners and staff
  • Call 1:5 or greater (telephone only)
  • Recently remodeled or new clinic space with efficient workflow
