The company values long-term employee development, promotes from within, and treats its teams like family - fostering a collaborative and innovation-driven culture.Job DescriptionOrganize and oversee estimating activities for assigned projects. Compile complete estimates under the supervision of the Director of Pre-Construction. Cultivate relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Mentor and coach Estimators within the Building Group. Lead preconstruction meetings and provide meeting minutes. Review and refine budgets, bids, proposals, and summaries. Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding value engineering and budget updates. Provide drawing reviews for constructability and value engineering.
