District Sales Manager

Reporting to our Regional VP of Sales, the District Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our teams achieve sales goals while maintaining consistent operations at each location in their district.


Department: Sales


Core Purpose: To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.


What we expect:

  • 3 or more years’ experience in the fitness industry as a General Manager or Fitness Manager managing big box locations
  • 3 or more years’ experience as a multi-unit operator in the fitness industry managing sales and fitness budgets
  • 5 or more years combined sales experience, with a proven track record of driving results managing a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills when interacting with employees, management, and vendors. Calm, professional, and empathetic
  • Excellent at building relationships and influencing people at all levels and in all functions.
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Ability to train and mentor managers as well as frontline workers
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail; systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; good time management; highly organized; great recordkeeping skills.

Requirements:

Compensation:

Pay Range: $100-$110K

Additional earnings:

In addition to the base salary, the District Sales Manager will be eligible for monthly bonus opportunities.
