Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including contracts, and court pleadings.
  • Conduct legal research, analyze relevant statutes, and gather case information.
  • Assist with client communication and case management, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
  • Organize and maintain detailed client files, both physically and digitally.
  • Support attorneys with trial and hearing preparation, including document organization and scheduling.
  • File legal documents with courts and handle service of process.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as calendar management, client intake, and scheduling consultations.

Qualifications:

  • Paralegal certification or relevant work experience in a law firm.
  • A background in estate planning, probate, or business law is a plus.
  • Familiarity with legal research tools and document management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on client service and professionalism.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
