Are you a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) seeking a fulfilling opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives? We're looking for an experienced LPNs to join Liken Homecare team
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: McDonald, Pa
Responsibilities:
Perform bowel care procedures with sensitivity and proficiency, ensuring patients' comfort and dignity.
Accurately record and monitor patients' vital signs, observing for any deviations and promptly reporting concerns.
Utilize INR devices competently to monitor and manage patients' anticoagulation therapy.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and their families about healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation.
Requirements:
*Valid LPN license
*Proven experience in bowel care procedures, vital signs recording, and proficiency in operating INR devices.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
*Compassionate demeanor and dedication to patient-centered care.
