Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a School Based Mental Health Therapist at Fernbrook Family Center located in Red Wing, MN. The therapist will provide treatment planning, social work, case management, mental health counseling, and family therapy services to children and their families. The therapist will work directly with clients in school settings to address mental health issues and promote well-being.

Qualifications
  • Treatment planning, social work, and case management skills
  • Experience in mental health counseling and family therapy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with children and families
  • Knowledge of various therapeutic approaches and interventions
