Then you may be our perfect heroAs a valued SERVPRO Franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate, with opportunity to learn and grow.Primary ResponsibilitiesCustomer SatisfactionEstablish customer relationship for construction servicesEducate customer on the construction processWork with customers to understand desired upgrades/changesEnsure that estimates meet client requirementsProject InitiationAnalyze labor, material, and time requirements for a projectCreate an accurate sketch and initial scope of work for construction projects.Deliver a consistent and well-defined initial estimate.Recognize project constraints and/or needed upgradesWork with Project Manager to price bid items, if needed.Project PlanningIdentify and document finalized project scope of work.Work with outside resources as necessary to complete accurate estimate (i.e Structural Engineers, ITEL, Electrical Inspectors, etc.)Assemble accurate and well-organized estimates.Deliver and Communicate estimate to Project Manager.Necessary Experience and Skill Set2 years previous construction estimating and/or insurance adjusting experienceSuperb customer service track recordEffective written and oral communicationAdvanced math skillsProficient use of Xactimate estimating softwareCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsTeam PlayerPay rate based on experience, with possibility of bonus pay and increases based on merit.SERVPRO of Norwalk/Wilton is an EOE M/F/D/V employerEach SERVPRO Franchise is independently owned and operated.
