Shift AvailabilityFlexible AvailabilityEssential Duties And ResponsibilitiesFunction as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.Responsible for ordering and stocking of vendingEffectively provide training to new hiresAble to train on Opening/Closing checklists and proper loading techniques to teammates.Responsible for training Fast Pass sales techniques to the teamProfessionally responds to voicemails and emails in a timely manner.Able to create an effective schedule.Complete knowledge of Car Wash vacuum system operationAble to clean the vacuum system (pressure washing the system)Support the Site Manager during monthly team meetings.Assist with on-site Supervisor CoursesSupervise teammates completing PM and assess if further training is needed.Complete the GSR Daily BreakdownRequired Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesHigh school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management work experience preferred.Leadership and communication skills including active listening.Experience with team buildingExcellent sales and customer service skillsAbility to anticipate customer needsProficient computer skillsStrong work ethics and professional attitudeExperienceThree+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory/management role. The noise level is usually moderate but can be excessively loud with hearing protection required (along with other PPE).
