Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and assisting in the overall coordination of healthcare services. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with triage and diagnostic evaluations including allergy skin testing applications, vitals signs and pulmonary function testing
- Monitor patient during procedural interventions performed within the allergy clinic
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maintain effective work flow in the office
- Administer treatments and procedures, such as mixing allergy immunotherapy serums and administering allergy injections
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and preventive measures
- Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality of medical records

Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong clinical skills with experience in outpatient care settings
- Proficiency in subcutaneous injection administration
- Knowledge of triage protocols and diagnostic evaluation procedures
- Understanding of behavioral health interventions and therapeutic techniques

Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in New York
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
