Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion. Shares responsibility and accountability for the plant assets, personnel and achievement of the plant related business goals. Focuses on those opportunities that over a long-term period or historically have impacted the plant's measured asset capability and the opportunities identified as "high-risk" in risk assessments, reliability models, and other evaluations.Responsibilities:Fosters EH&S engagement, particularly in the field and in the areas of personal safety and compliance.A clear focus will exist on creating a Highly Reliable Organizational culture and the elimination of unplanned events by implementing reliability and maintenance services and solutions.Completes the requirements of the Performance Management Process for Maintenance direct reports which is leveraged to support meaningful opportunities for leader/employee engagement. This includes coaching and career development.Implements and provides on-going support of the Maintenance Procedure Use Policy at the facility.Creates Equipment Reliability Strategies based upon Top Opportunity List, Critical Equipment List, and identified plant/business needs.Validates ERS implementation and closes gaps to improve/sustain reliability improvement.Identifies and resolves Top Reliability Opportunities and decrease equipment failure losses and leverages those solutions both into and out of the facility.
