Aligned Orthopedic Partners is recruiting an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the full-cycle AP function across multiple entities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced with high-volume AP processing in a modern, tech-enabled environment.What you will do:Own the full-cycle AP process using accounting software and Bill.comManage AP email inboxes and ensure timely processing of all incoming invoicesAccurately code and enter invoices across multiple entities and vendorsReview and match invoices to purchase orders and payment termsMaintain vendor records and establish new vendor relationships, including W-9 collection and complianceAssist with weekly check runsManage and process recurring payments such as utilities and vendor subscriptionsPost and reconcile corporate credit card transactions and backup documentationMaintain organized electronic files for all invoices and payment recordsPrepare weekly and monthly AP aging reports for internal reviewLead the annual 1099 process, including reconciliation and filingCoordinate remote bank deposits and ensure proper documentationSupport AP-related portions of audits and reporting requestsTake ownership of continuous improvement in AP workflows and controlsWhat you bring to the table:You are a detail-oriented and dependable professional with a strong grasp of accounts payable processes. You take ownership of your work, communicate clearly, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You bring: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required)3–5 years of dedicated Accounts Payable experience in a high volume, complex environmentStrong proficiency with Bill.com (required)Experience with Sage Intacct or similar cloud-based ERP systems (preferred)High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and codingExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environmentEqual Opportunity EmployerAligned Orthopedic Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
