Dispatcher PositionIndustry Leading Construction Company Urgently Hiring A Dispatcher Join our team as a Dispatcher where you will be responsible for managing daily routing operations, supporting drivers, and overseeing a dispatch team. Ensure efficient delivery scheduling, clear communication, and operational excellence in a fast-paced logistics environment.Responsibilities:Manage daily routing operations and support drivers.Oversee and mentor a dispatch team.Ensure efficient delivery scheduling and clear communication.Utilize GPS routing and optimization tools.Maintain operational excellence in logistics.Solve problems with a focus on drivers and customers.Essential Skills:Supervisory leadership and team mentoring.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Problem-solving with a driver and customer focus.Accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.5+ years experience in dispatch, logistics, or supervisory roles.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Experience with ERP systems, Prophet 21 is a plus.Familiarity with GIS tools and industry best practices.Multilingual ability preferred.Customer support and administration skills.Ability to multitask and resolve delivery disruptions.Job Type & Location: This is a permanent position based out of East Rutherford, NJ.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $90,000.00 - $110,000.00/yr.
