We are are seeking an Account Executive to join our team in Crystal Lake.

The Proper Title Account Executive is responsible for marketing Proper Title to Attorneys, Mortgage Brokers, Lenders and Real Estate Agents.


Job Duties:

· Maintain on-going communication with existing clients to determine needs, solicit feedback and promote services

· Attend events hosted by State and local professional organizations within the Real Estate Industry (i.e. CAR, NWSBA, WCR)

· Account Executive is also responsible for taking attorneys and other customers to lunch, drinks and/or sporting events.

· Cold calling for new business, attending monthly sales meetings, using sponsorship opportunities such as Golf Outings, Cocktail Parties, etc.

· To market Proper Title, the Account Executive is responsible for scheduling regular follow up with existing clients and prospective customers.

· Keep up to date with all new and current trends in the real estate market place, and be able to provide seminars and/or lunch and learn workshops to demonstrate their knowledge of the industry to real estate agents and mortgage lenders/brokers.

· The AE’s receive referrals from all sources and pursue them aggressively.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred

· 2-4 years of title or real estate experience and/or training

· Microsoft Office proficiency a plus
