General ForemanABM is seeking a skilled and experienced General Foreman to lead electrical teams on the Propersys Install Project. This role is critical to ensuring the successful execution of electrical installations in a high-profile semiconductor facility. The General Foreman will oversee daily operations, coordinate with project leadership, and ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable standards to ensure quality control. Pay: 45.00 per hour plus fringe.Key responsibilities include:Supervise and coordinate the activities of journeyman electricians and apprenticesPlan and schedule work assignments to meet project deadlinesEnsure installations comply with NEC, project specifications, and safety standardsReview blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to guide teamsMonitor progress and quality of work, conducting inspections and resolving issuesLiaise with project managers, other trades, and site representativesMaintain accurate records of labor, materials, and progress reportsEnforce ABM and site safety protocols and conduct safety meetingsQualifications:Minimum 6 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory roleExperience in semiconductor or cleanroom environments preferredOSHA 30 preferredStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of NEC, OSHA standards, and electrical codesAbility to manage multiple teams and priorities in a fast-paced environmentMust pass background check and drug screeningABM is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer qualified applicants without regard race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran or any other protected factor under federal, state, or local law.
