Apex Order Pickup Solutions is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Co-op to join the team on-site at our global headquarters in Mason, Ohio. As an FP&A Co-op, you'll play a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive strategic decisions and operational efficiency in a fast-paced tech environment. Apex is redefining order pickup through smart locker technology that streamlines operations and enhances customer experiences. With deep roots in supply chain innovation, Apex empowers businesses with data-driven solutions across foodservice, retail, and industrial sectors. Position Summary: What You'll be Doing: Assist in developing and maintaining financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Conduct variance analysis and identify trends to support business performance reviews. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal stakeholders. Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to gather financial inputs and validate assumptions. Support cost analysis and margin tracking for hardware and SaaS offerings. Help improve reporting tools and dashboards using Excel and Power BI. Participate in ad hoc financial projects and strategic initiatives. What You'll Bring: Pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is a plus. Interest in technology, SaaS, or supply chain industries. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
