This role drives architecture, performance optimization, and compliance with cybersecurity requirements.Key Responsibilities:Lead design and architecture of software solutions across classified systems.Develop and maintain high-performance applications using secure coding practices.Integrate software with existing infrastructure, databases, and middleware.Conduct peer reviews, testing, and validation of code for mission-critical reliability.Ensure software solutions meet RMF and cybersecurity standards.Mentor junior developers and support Agile team planning.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).10+ years of software engineering experience including secure/classified systems.Expertise in object-oriented programming and distributed systems design.Proficiency with modern development stacks and DevSecOps tools.Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.A Commitment to Equal OpportunityHive Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer dedicated to fair and unbiased employment decisions.
