Tech Lead:

Job Description:

• The Tech Lead refers to an engineer or developer who takes on a leadership role within a technical team. They are responsible for guiding the technical direction of the cell and ensuring that the team's work aligns with the Product team’s goals and objectives. They have a deep understanding of the technology stack being used and provides technical expertise and leadership to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Lead by example and inspire team members to follow best practices and maintain a high level of technical excellence
• Deep understanding of the technology stack and tools being used
• Collaborate with architects and senior developers to design the technical architecture of the software
• Take an active role in coding and development tasks, lead by example in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Conduct code reviews for team members, providing constructive feedback and mentoring junior developers
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during development providing guidance and solutions to the team
• Maintain and update technical documentation
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Identify technical risks and issues early in the development process and take steps to mitigate them

Skills & Expertise:

• Ability to lead and guide a team of developers, providing technical direction and mentorship
• Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them grow their technical skills
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in the relevant technologies and programming languages used in the project
• Proficiency in managing project timelines, tasks, and resource allocation
• Hands-on coding skills and the ability to contribute to the development of the project
• Effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure alignment and clear understanding of technical aspects
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, technologies, and priorities
• Collaborate with product and designers, to deliver technical solutions that align with project goals and objectives

Experience Required:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in mobile development
• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
