Location: Plaistow, NH

  • in the office & on the road – report to office everyday in the morning and then hit the road
  • Monday – Friday: 8-5pm // - rotate Saturdays (8-2pm) as needed – would then get a day off during the week if working Saturday
  • reps will be on the road daily

Company Overview: A successful dealership, primarily selling high-end tractors, operating similarly to a car dealership with financing options available.

Customer Base: The company serves both B2B and B2C markets, catering to a diverse range of customers.

Team Structure: Each location has between 2-5 sales reps.

Company Culture: The owner is highly involved in creating a fun work environment, with events like holiday raffles, "Christmas in July," and regular company-wide activities.

Employee Benefits: Sales reps receive employee discounts on equipment servicing, incentives for selling extended warranties, and enjoy monthly free pizza on the last Friday.

Role Overview: The Outside Sales Representative role focuses on B2B and B2C sales, with a primary emphasis on B2B. Sales include high-value landscaping and construction equipment.

Sales Expectations: There is no set quota, but sales reps are expected to meet and exceed sales trends in their territories.

Ideal Candidate: Candidates should have experience with relevant equipment (landscaping, construction), a B2B/B2C sales background, and strong relationship-building skills. A DOT Med Card is required, along with 2-4 years of sales experience. Social skills, a sense of humor, and a lively personality are essential.
