Member Support SpecialistWe are seeking a Member Support Specialist to join our Member Support Center team. In this role, you will provide inbound support for Medicaid members, assisting with benefit education, PCP changes, ID cards, transportation coordination, and other services. You'll play a vital role in ensuring members receive timely, accurate, and compassionate support.Daily Schedule:Hours of operation: 8:00 AM 6:30 PM CSTShifts available: 8:305:00, 9:005:30, 9:306:00, 10:006:30Training: 1-hour lunch break; post-training: 30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaksWhat You'll Do:Answer requests from members with professionalism and empathyEducate members on benefits and servicesCoordinate care and services including PCP changes, ID cards, and transportationMaintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance standardsCollaborate with team members in a fast-paced call center environmentRequirements:Education: High School Diploma required; BA in Social Work, Healthcare Management, or related field preferredExperience: 5+ years working with ABD populations in call centers, Medicaid programs, or MCOsStrong experience in customer service and call center operationsExperience with MCO insurance requiredJob Type & Location:This is a contract position based out of San Antonio, TX.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
