Warehouse Operator - 2nd ShiftShift & Working Hours: 2nd shift, 3:15 - 11:45 M-FWeekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.PAY: $20.44/hr.SUMMARY:Nutra Blend is an industry leader in manufacturing and distributing quality vitamin, trace mineral, micro-ingredients and antibiotic premixes for the feed industry.As a Warehouse Operator, you will be a valued team member who will perform tasks essential to our Agronomy Service Center and warehouse operations: coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries, pack and load product using a forklift, organize storage areas, assist with cycle counts, and maintain a safe, clean work area.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:6 plus months of manufacturing experience requiredBasic computer skillsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Age: 18 years or olderCritical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.Time Management: Showing up on time, reliably completing tasks by the deadline, and adapting to changes in deadlines and priorities with minimal supervisionComprehension: Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions.Safety: Ensuring the complete physical safety of oneself and one's co-workers at all times without exceptionCoordination: Working well with others to meet team goals and adjusting to important changesActive Learning: Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.Active Listening: Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate.Quality Control Analysis: Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.Physical Requirements for production positions regularly include:Able to lift 50lbsFrequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movementsPerforming duties while wearing personal protective equipmentWorking across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include work in environments where dust is presentShift schedules that include days, nights, and weekends, some holidays and periodic overtimeAbout Land O'Lakes, Inc.Join us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
