Lead Data Developer

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Developer to join our IAM Metrics and Strategy team. This role is critical in driving data driven insights, reporting, and automation across IAM functions, with a strong focus on data visualization, database optimization, and integration with enterprise platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support IAM Metrics and strategic initiatives. Architect, expand, and maintain SQL Server and Azure SQL environments to support scalable and efficient data solutions. Integrate data from multiple sources, including ServiceNow and REST APIs, into cohesive data modules. Lead the design and implementation of ETL/ELT processes to ensure data quality and reliability across IAM platforms. Work closely with cross-functional IAM, IT, and security teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights. Drive best practices in data visualization, security, performance tuning, and automation within IAM data pipelines. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and analysts on the team. Contribute to the strategy and roadmap for IAM metrics, KPIs, and reporting infrastructure Compensation: $50/hr to $60/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. Expert-level proficiency in Power BI for enterprise reporting, including DAX, data modeling, and report optimization. Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, and related database services, including environment configuration, tuning, and expansion. Solid experience integrating with and developing solutions around ServiceNow data and RESTful APIs. Proven ability to design and implement scalable, secure data architectures. Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts is preferred. Experience with source control, CI/CD, and agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, communications, and collaboration skills.
