-Location: Hybrid onsite in Dallas (Coppell, TX), Columbus, or Atlanta – Dallas is preferred

*If located in Columbus or Atlanta, must be willing to occasionally travel

*Must be available to support critical production incidents and coordinate with the offshore team when needed

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

-ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified Application Developer (CAD)

-Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or architecture role (proven track record of understanding business requirements & converting these to technical solutions)

-Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, components, and capabilities especially ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, SPM, CSM, HRSD and FSM

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels


JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is searching for a ServiceNow Architect to join a growing ground transportation and logistics client as a fulltime employee on the Enterprise Architecture team. This individual will be an independent contributor working closely with the vendor partner, 6-7 developers, and a Program Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and sustainable ServiceNow configurations. In this role you will get to lead implementations of HRSD and FSM and assist in moving solutions that currently exist on other platforms (such as UiPath) over to ServiceNow. This position has visibility to senior leadership and is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow in their leadership.
