Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Testing Strategies: Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive testing strategies that cover all aspects of enterprise systems, ensuring they meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with development, operations, and business teams to integrate QA practices into the overall architecture and development lifecycle.
  • Payments/Banking Expertise: Apply industry-specific knowledge to address the unique challenges of the payments and banking sector, including transaction security, compliance, and data integrity.
  • Lead QA Initiatives: Drive QA initiatives that enhance the quality and performance of enterprise applications, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and robust.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all testing processes and outcomes comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, particularly in the financial services domain.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in system designs and testing processes, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation of testing processes, strategies, and outcomes. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on the status of QA initiatives.
  • Required Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 4 years in an enterprise architecture role.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level testing strategies.
  • Specific experience in the payments or banking industry, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Experience with automation testing tools and techniques is a plus.
