Our client is a leading construction firm renowned for handling major construction projects across the nation. They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee a significant bridge project in Texas. This role is integral to ensuring the successful completion of the project, maintaining safety standards, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities related to stay cable installation.
• Oversee the installation of fire protection systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Manage the lifting and installation of pipes, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Monitor project timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor on major construction projects, particularly involving bridge construction.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with stay cable installations, fire protection systems, and pipe lifting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively.
• Excellent understanding of construction safety protocols and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
