Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality control inspections on incoming stock, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure they meet established specifications and standards.
  • Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests on products.
  • Document and report inspection results, including non-conformances, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
  • Monitor production processes to identify potential areas for improvement and propose process optimisation strategies.
  • Assist in developing and updating quality control procedures and work instructions.
  • Complete day-to-day admin duties.
  • Book waste accurately into the waste system following the agreed process.
  • Operate production test equipment on an as needed basis to support quality and reliability needs.
  • Stage material for, load and unload, reliability environmental chambers as part of ongoing reliability testing.


Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Operator or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Understanding of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques is advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Google Docs and Google Sheets, and standard data entry systems.


Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Required Years of Experience: 2 Years

Desired Skills: Previous experience operating automated test systems is a plus.
