Position: Brand Videographer and Photographer

Location: Charlotte, NC

We are a dynamic portfolio company operating in the health and wellness space, managing a mix of direct-to-consumer national franchises and e-commerce brands. We are seeking a creative and experienced Brand Videographer and Photographer to join our team and help elevate our brand presence through compelling visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Production & Planning:
• Develop creative concepts and strategies for video and photo shoots that align with brand goals and target audience.
• Plan and organize all aspects of video and photo shoots, including scouting locations, casting talent, and scheduling.
• Videography & Photography:
• Capture high-quality video and photo content for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and storytelling goals.
• Editing & Post-Production:
• Edit video content using industry-standard software to produce polished, professional results.
• Create motion graphics to enhance video content (preferred but not required).
• Retouch and edit photographs to meet brand specifications.
• Creative Direction:
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop innovative ideas and strategies.
• Provide creative direction and guidance on visual content to ensure consistency and quality across all brands.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of four years of experience in videography and photography, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video and photography, along with creative storytelling ability.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
