Your Role:
  • Start each shift at our East Brunswick office, working closely with your team to deliver outstanding service on your routes.
  • Drive our iconic blue trucks to customers' locations, providing top-notch junk removal services that leave them delighted.
  • Elevate the customer experience through friendly, effective communication and a genuine commitment to helping others.
  • Responsibly handle items, ensuring they are recycled, donated, or disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.

Who We're Looking For:
  • Age: Must be 21+ (for insurance purposes).
  • License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (last 3 years).
  • Attitude: A positive, friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills that foster great customer interactions.
  • Metrics: Comfortable with customer satisfaction metrics and focused on delivering results.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs+ repeatedly.
