Pricing Actuary

Pricing Actuary (Based in Bermuda)

Our client is a leading reinsurer in Bermuda. They are looking for pricing actuary to be responsible for the pricing of all annuities, longevity, and protection / mortality reinsurance business opportunities, including supporting the writing of Committee and Board papers.

Responsibilities

- Support the review of the existing pricing system and implement the new pricing system.

- Develop and maintain highly collaborative and effective relationships at all levels within the organization.

- Maintain reinsurance administration systems and processes to reconcile and process regular client reinsurance premiums and claims for clients.

Requirement

-A partly qualified/ qualified actuary with at least five years of relevant experiences. Knowledge in pricing risk transfer, annuity/ life business and structuring transactions.

-Demonstrate strong technical actuarial skills as well as the ability to apply a balanced judgement of risks and the views of others in order to achieve business goals.

-Organised, highly efficient and enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, with the ability to deliver reliable work of a high quality in demanding timescales
