Minimum Experience: 1. Tool: Jira - expert level proficiency 2. Self-starter, proactive individual who has extensive experience with Agile delivery and is ready to coach others who are new to Agile. 3. Understands key delivery metrics, has run effective sprint cadences ( planning, standups, retrospectives etc) for many projects. 4. Had experience communicating with leaders and executives effectively, presenting metrics and portfolio work. 5. Scrum master certifications and Agile project management certifications appreciated. As ScrumMaster, you play a key role in the definition, development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of Agile practices (with an emphasis on Scrum) within the organization. You will facilitate sprint planning, retrospective, and daily activities related to stand-ups and sprint burn down; as well as maintain relevant metrics that help the team see and understand their progress during a sprint. As ScrumMaster you're responsible for leading the continual Agile transformation and practices as well as promoting accountability and transparency across all levels of the organization. Lead the scaling of Agile from team level to enterprise level Act as a change agent and as part of the team of Coaches leading and supporting teams and individuals in their Agile journey PROJECT DETAILS: We are migrating on premises applications to the AWS Cloud. EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience required CSM/CSPO Certification or PMI-ACP preferred
