Group Product Marketing ManagerReady to be a Titan? We're looking for a customer-backed, data-driven product marketer to lead segmentation, targeting, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for ServiceTitan's expansion into the commercial and construction trades. This area is a top business priority and one of our fastest growing with distinct customer segments, tailored product experiences, and a competitive landscape that demands best-in-class differentiation.As the Group Product Marketing Manager, you'll play a hands-on leadership role, setting the strategy to enter, compete, and win in the commercial segment while guiding a small team to deliver results. This role combines hands-on ownership with early people leadership experience. You'll execute high-impact work across product, marketing, and sales, while managing one individual contributor and establishing the foundation for a growing team as the segment scales.What you'll do:Define and lead Product Marketing's strategic role in Commercial. Diagnose the state of commercial go-to-market and scale the purpose, scope, and impact of product marketing within the commercial segment.Own the go-to-market strategy for ServiceTitan's commercial and construction segment including market sizing, segmentation, ICP development, buyer roles, and GTM launch.Develop differentiated positioning and messaging that inspires customers, aligns internal teams, and drives action. Clearly articulate how our differentiated offering wins against legacy competitors and new entrants. Educate both internal and external audiences on our value propositions.Create the strategic foundation for how we bundle features, frame our product roadmap, and tell a cohesive story for why ServiceTitan is built for this audience.Strategize with sales leadership to develop and deliver sales enablement plans and sales programs to drive pipe generation and handle objections. Oversee the material development process, co-own the numbers.Develop go-to-market strategy, and collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns, including event marketing to drive product adoption and growth. Prove efficacy with testing and success metrics.Partner with Sales & Customer Marketing to develop customer references, testimonials, case studies, claims, and other social proof assets for external and internal use.Influence the product roadmap by continually refining and synthesizing your understanding of the market, competition and customers we serve.Understand customer needs through market analysis, surveys, interviews, win-loss and product usage data. Use understanding to impact strategy.Hire, onboard, and develop one PMM, setting clear expectations and performance goals aligned with business outcomes.Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to elevate strategic thinking, messaging quality, and execution speed.What you'll need:10+ years of work experience, including 5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, with experience in mid-market (50-1000 employees) and/or Enterprise audiences. 1+ years managing Product Marketer(s).Proven experience launching a product into a new market or audience with strength in competitive strategy and differentiation you know how to dissect incumbents, find whitespace, and define a winning narrative.Ability to create compelling narratives and positioning at both the product and audience levels, with a customer-centric approach.Strong curiosity, strategic thinking, and quantitative skills, adept at leveraging data to address challenges.Execution-oriented, with a track record of driving and launching go-to-market campaigns, sales enablement, and content.Influential collaborator, skilled in working with cross-functional teams and at various organizational levels, including senior leadership.Excellent planning abilities, with a history of managing competing priorities and advancing multiple projects.Self-driven, goal-focused, and highly organized.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Deep understanding of primary B2B channels, including the sales process, field marketing, and what excellent product marketing support looks like for both.Experience conducting user and market research.1+ years of experience leading other PMMs.BA/BS degree required; MBA a plus but not necessary.Be Human With Us: Being human isn't about checking every box on a list. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $166,500 USD - $222,700 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
