General Otolaryngology (ENT) PhysicianAnsible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting a General Otolaryngology (ENT) Physician to provide onsite services to eligible beneficiaries of the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System located at 921 NE 13th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73104. Shift scheduling is generally Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm with call. Full-time and Locum Tenens positions with generous compensation packages are available. Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing Federal customers with solutions in many arenas. Our customers face wide-ranging challenges in the fields of national security, health care, and information technology. To address these challenges, we employ intelligent and committed staff who take care of our customers' success as if it is their own.ResponsibilitiesShall provide general Otolaryngology services including but not limited to; sleep medicine and rhinology/sinus surgeries to include sleep disorders, sleep apnea surgery, sleep investigations, sinusitis, sinus surgery, apnea, and snoring.Shall provide comprehensive clinical otolaryngology services including the full range of ENT surgical procedures.Shall be present in the operating suite for all otolaryngology procedures.Rounds shall be conducted on postoperative ENT patients in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) and on the wards.All cases will be discussed in morbidity and mortality of conferences, and will provide appropriate information to the COR for inclusion in departmental reports.Shall provide consultative services at the patient's bedside if the patient is not ambulatory and in the clinic setting if the patient is able to report to the outpatient clinic.Shall provide discharge education and follow up instructions that are coordinated with the next care setting for all Otolaryngology clinical or surgical patients.QualificationsBoard Certified in Otolaryngologist.Active, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of ColumbiaNPI report printoutActive DEA licenseFellowship trained preferred, but not requiredMust be able to pass a federal background investigationAll candidates must be able to:Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shiftLift up to 50 lbs from floor to waistLift up to 20 lbsCarry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distancePush/pull with 30 lbs of forceAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
