Nursing, Insurance Company, Worker's Compensation Or Hospital Case Management/UR).

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:

Current License in the State of

Georgia as a Registered Nurse or LMSW

Additional Qualifications

Certification in Case Management and/or Certification in

UR/UM or Quality preferred
