If you're a sharp litigator ready to handle sophisticated disputes, collaborate closely with respected trial lawyers, and grow your courtroom experience, this is your seat at the table. What You'll Tackle Represent clients in high-stakes commercial and complex litigation Manage and conduct depositions, draft and respond to discovery, and prepare dispositive motions Take ownership of trial preparation, strategy meetings, and case analysis Collaborate directly with senior attorneys and firm leadership Work with a broad client base, including leaders in healthcare, energy, finance, and telecommunications What We're Looking For3-6 years of solid litigation experience Background in commercial or complex civil litigation Proven ability to manage case files and drive litigation forward Licensed in Tennessee, or eligible to waive in Excellent writing, communication, and courtroom skills Comfortable in a collaborative, high-performance setting Why Join This Firm?
