You'll help support these groups to ensure customers have a seamless treasury connect experience with our signature all-win approach in mind. In this role, you are the expert on all the latest treasury products, policies, and information to best serve your team and customers. You will use your analytical skills, collaborative personality and desire to build relationships to identify areas in need of improvement and opportunities for service expansion.What you'll do:Collaborate with business and operations areas in order to smoothly and efficiently on-board new relationshipsObtain required service request documents and/or agreements, as well as review/rectify any discrepancies. Submit requests to technical areas for system set upAssist customers with their inquiries and advise them on how to obtain the appropriate serviceResolve issues with Treasury services as well as identify enhancements and cross-selling opportunitiesMaintain current knowledge of products, policies, operations, and other key Treasury Management informationAssist with and support all Treasury Management Customer Service and Training projects/activitiesAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomesWhat you'll need:2+ years of experience in treasury management, banking operations, or other relevant fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft computer applicationsAdditional Preferred Skills: 3+ years customer service experienceOur Benefits:At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
