We are looking for an AssistantClub Manager in Raynes Parkfor an amazing operator in the health and fitness industry. THE ROLE

Supporting the Club Manager with general running of all aspects of the club with specific emphasis on the sale of new memberships retention of existing members management of staff and contractors plus H&S requirements.

CONTEXT OF THE ROLE

The roleholder must have a proven track record in Assisting of sales staff within a highquality service or sales environment from any commercial business sector working to agreed key performance indicators. A large part of the role will be to answering/supporting the club manager to manage support and develop a team of likeminded performance driven sales staff and as such outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

1) Sales:

5 per sale this will increase to 10 per sale if you hit your monthly target set by the club manager.

Support the club manager with Developing and Dealing with initial prospective members enquiries and/or visits to the club.

Support the club manager with Developing Convert telephone enquiries into appointments for you and your Sales Team.

Support the Club manager with Developing membership referral schemes in the pursuit of warm calling.

Support the Club manager with Developing Daily management of the membership system and uploading accurate information of all prospects/members.

Support the Club manager with Developing Provide on the floor sales leadership and support. Ensure that all sales staff conduct sales tours in the most appropriate and effective manner.

Provide leadership guidance and support on all income streams of the business as and when required accomplish agreed KPIs with the Club manager of number of prospects attempted calls completed calls appointments booked sales achieved daily

Develop a cost effective corporate membership program aimed at local businesses and customer groups.

2) Member Retention: This will apply once the member base is over 1500 members

Member Retention bonus if you meet company targets by 15th of every month. The retention bonus bracket can be from 200300 based on how many active members the club completes by the 15th.

Analyse membership statistics and trends and implement appropriate courses of action.

Evaluate corporate membership retention activities and implement appropriate courses of action.

Develop a cultural and membership experience so that members are engaged and feel that they belong to a club rather than just a gym to increase member satisfaction and longevity (which in turn will lead to better referrals).

3) Club Daily Operations:

Ensure all procedures and practices are in line with Snap Fitness best practice with particular emphasis on management of member information including financial information.

Liaise and coordinate with Glofox Snap Fitness partner for membership and Standard order payment management.

Put in place manage and enhance the Retention Guidelines for membership debt collection procedures.

Maintain the club to the highest of standards within the pre agreed budget ensuring at all times that the member experience exceeds their expectations. This includes: Club cleanliness including the management of contracted cleaners ad hoc staff cleaning when contract cleaners are not available.

Maintaining adequate stock of club provided essentials such as disposable wipes toiletries vending machine supplies etc.

Gym equipment is maintained to full working order and always clean.

Ensure that club is staffed during all advertised staffed periods.

Ensure that the Club website is checked and updated for the 1st of the month.

Ensure the effective day to day leadership of the Sales and Membership Team.

Attend regular 121s as required taken by the Club Manager.

Develop skills of staff within the Sales and Membership team and ensure they are trained and competent to effectively provide excellent customer service.

Introduce motivational campaigns that support the development of staff to achieve their goals.

Ensure communicating with the club manager on all matters relating to under performing staff with the correct HR Process.

Discuss with Club Manager and Consultant performance of individual team members.

4) Marketing & Social Media content creator:

Promote Snap Fitness making best use of predeveloped advertising and support materials to develop sales campaigns to attract as wide a proportion of the target market as possible include introduction and continued growth of social media.

Must have experience in Social Media content creation providing Snap Fitness Tooting with ideas for social media strategies and member engagement posts on holidays and events..

Complete and record on a monthly basis competitor profiling analysing findings and putting in place appropriate strategies to make best use of the competitive environment.

Develop campaigns that are designed to profile target areas and groups such as local business and high student populations.

Maintain Clubs website so that at all times it is exciting informative and up to date.

5) Health & Safety: Adherence of Club H&S requirements as specified by Snap Fitness. Ensure completion of all recommendations within time frames requested.
