Role: AI & ML Developer Lead Location - Charlotte, NC (onsite) Pay Rate - 60/hr. on C2C Job Summary: We are seeking an innovative and experienced AI & ML Developer Lead to spearhead our artificial intelligence initiatives. This role involves leading a team of engineers, designing and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions, and aligning technical strategies with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and developers. Define the technical roadmap and set goals for AI/ML initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities aligned with business objectives. AI/ML Development Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems. Oversee the full AI project lifecycle: data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment. Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI solutions Collaboration & Communication Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers. Translate complex AI concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Present project progress and results to senior leadership. Innovation & Best Practices Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends and technologies. Implement best practices in MLOps, model monitoring, and continuous improvement.
