We're looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist who's passionate about elevating performance through thoughtful, constructive feedback. In this role, you'll be the voice of qualitymonitoring interactions, identifying service gaps, and guiding our Operations team toward excellence. You'll play a key part in shaping training initiatives, enhancing customer experience, and driving continuous improvement.This isn't just about checking boxesit's about coaching, mentoring, and helping our team grow.What You'll DoConduct quality assessments of inbound/outbound calls and emails using defined QA processesDeliver clear, supportive feedback to representatives and leadership to improve service deliveryFacilitate QA presentations and participate in calibration sessions to align standardsAnalyze trends and report on performance metrics to identify opportunities for growthCollaborate with Learning & Development to shape training content based on QA insightsRecommend process enhancements and knowledge base updates to improve customer experienceTrack customer lifecycle metrics and provide actionable insights to leadershipAct as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on procedural issues and service qualityHelp identify whether performance gaps stem from unclear processes or external factors and advocate for solutionsWhat You Bring4+ years in a client-facing operational role or 1+ year in QA within a contact centerExceptional communication skillsverbal, written, and interpersonalA passion for customer service and a commitment to qualityStrong listening and analytical abilitiesSelf-motivation and a proactive mindsetAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentComfort working across all levels of the organizationCreative thinking and a knack for continuous improvement
