At elliestyled, we offer a wide range of services, including event planning, event rentals, party packages, workshops, and styling services. elliestyled recently opened an event venue Atelier by elliestyled in downtown Highland Park. 


Position Overview: 

We are excited to invite a motivated Assistant to join our dynamic team at elliestyled, located in the heart of Highland Park. As a Stylist Assistant, you will have the opportunity to be a part of crafting unforgettable experiences, working closely with our designers. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be instrumental in ensuring that every event we create surpasses our clients' expectations.


Job Type: Part-time (Approximately 10-20 hrs/week.)


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with event setup, teardown, and on-site coordination.
  • Organize event rental items for pickup, return, and inspection
  • Complete necessary errands, including picking up supplies or materials, and maintain the organization and restocking of studio supplies as required.
  • Offer support to the design team as required, assisting with tasks such as backdrop painting, floral processing, prop assembly, and other creative projects as needed.
  • Clean and maintain the studio/event space to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.


Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items, equipment, and furniture as needed during event setup and teardown, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of physical tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a car is a strong advantage for timely and effective errand completion.
  • Proficient in effectively juggling multiple responsibilities and tasks while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
  • A creative or artistic eye is highly valued for contributing to the aesthetic and design aspects of our events.
