Team Lead - 2nd ShiftTrigo Global Quality Solutions has several immediate openings for Team Leads in Peoria, IL. This is a 2nd shift position and pay is $19hr + $1 shift premium.Overall PurposeEnsure customer satisfaction by providing quality services/support and by training, developing and motivating team members. Provide leadership and guidance to site personnel. Support and maintain a positive and productive atmosphere at sites.
