Monitor serving temperatures on the line. Work in the dish machine area and ensure proper operating temperature and sanitizer levels. Update resident specials and bulk feeding sheets as necessary. Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with the Nutrition Care Manager and Executive Chef/Sous Chef to ensure maximum food quality. Ensure proper food serving temperatures on the line. Supervise proper handling and portioning of food. Monitor appearance and texture of foods served. Monitor and report any issues with the menu to the supervisor. Supervision: Orient and train employees. Demonstrate procedures and use of equipment. Safety and Sanitation: Apply basic standards of sanitation to meet health regulations. Implement safety measures to prevent accidents. Maintain cleanliness of equipment. Skills/Qualifications: Ability to read and write English. Minimum of 2 years of high school.
