Senior Threat Analyst (DCO)We are seeking a Senior Threat Analyst (DCO) to join our team. Designs and implements custom algorithms, workflow processes, and layouts for complex, enterprise-scale data sets used for modeling, data mining, and research purposes.Guides preparation of the operational environment, responding to requests for information, and submitting intelligence collection and production requirements for intelligence planning and operations.Identifies collection authorities and environment; incorporating priority information requirements into intelligence collection management; developing concepts to meet leadership's intent. Determines capabilities of available intelligence collection assets; builds and disseminates intelligence collection plans; monitors execution of collection tasks to ensure effective execution of collection plans.Processes, validates, and coordinates submission of intelligence collection requirements. Evaluates performance of intelligence collection assets and operations.Developing intelligence plans to satisfy cyber operation requirements. Identifies, validates, and levies requirements for intelligence collection and analysis. Synchronizes intelligence activities to support organization objectives in cyberspace.Conducting target development at the system, component, and entity levels. Builds and maintains electronic target folders to include inputs from environment preparation and/or internal or external intelligence sources. Coordinates with partner target working groups and intelligence community members and presents candidate targets for vetting and validation. Assesses and reports on damage resulting from the application of military force and coordinates federal support as required.Performs analysis of collection and open-source data ensuring target continuity; profiling targets and their activities; and developing techniques to gain target information. Determines how targets communicate, move, operate, and live based on knowledge of target technologies, digital networks, and applications.Required QualificationsActive DoD TS/SCI12 years of experience in cybersecurity or intelligence threat analysis, implementing Federal guidance while incorporating industry best practices. Knowledgeable in DoD Enterprise services.10+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor's or 8+ years with Master's with relevant IT degree.ITIL Foundations certification required within 3 months of start.Certificates in Cyber Threat Analysis:Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA)OrOne of the following advanced cyber security certifications or Trainings:CISSO or CPTE or CySa+ or CFR or FITSP-A or GCSA or GPEN or CCE or CISA or CISM or GCIH or GSNAOrArmy Training: Information Protection Technician WOAC (Cert), Network Management Technician WOBC (Cert), Information Services Technician WOBC (Cert), COURSE ABBR NM ISSM, COURSE ABBR NM NSVT, COURSE ABBR NM ADV NET ANALYST, or WSS 012 - The Cyber Training Range - DCOPreferred Qualifications:Demonstrated experience in leading large, technical complex organization. Must have an in-depth understanding of advanced concepts and processes and experience applying these with little to no guidance. Must be able to provide guidance to others.
