The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Informatica ETL Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data integration/transformation, complex SQL/PL-SQL development and architecture with a minimum of 8 years of experience working with Informatica ETL tools. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes that support our databases, data mart and business intelligence initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for gaining an understanding of the overall ETL design, data architecture, and testing effort
  • Design, build, and maintain a high performing ETL process, adhering to standards and best-practices for ETL processes/development, analyzing and solving business problems at their root.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines for data collection, data analytics, and other data movement solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new solutions
  • Manage product backlog for user stories + research, troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues experienced
  • Ongoing maintenance and administration

Qualifications:

  • The candidate must have a valid work status and must have resided in the US for the last 3 years in order to qualify for this position.
  • Minimum of 8 years of ETL development experience required.
  • Experience with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is desired.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science).
