The IT Manager will oversee global back-office technology operations for Stratus. Responsible for managing technology infrastructure, security, planning and deployment. Oversees deployment of enterprise standards and technology architecture, technology evaluation and transfer, and the IT governance process. Manages strategic vendor and partner relationships. Work closely with business leaders, influencing technical and architectural aspects of enterprise-wide business decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all global back-office technology operations and evaluate them according to established goals.
- Devise and establish global IT policies and compliance.
- Implement and maintain cloud-based file sharing tool.
- Establish standard user profiles to be administered for hardware and software.
- Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software.
- Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Manage software licenses and renewals.
- Manage internal ticket system in tandem with MSP.
- Control budget and report on CAPEX and OPEX expenditures.
- Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.
- With the help of a third-party supplier, establish and maintain cyber security features, policies, and procedures for the entire organization.
- Collaborate with users on applications to be deployed and administration of them.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BS/BA in computer science, engineering, or relevant field.
- 7+ years’ experience as an IT Manager or something similar.
- Prior experience working in IT Staffing or Services Industry.
- Experience in analysis, implementation, and evaluation of IT systems including SharePoint, OneDrive, Financial Systems, Office 365, Integration Software, and Business Intelligence.
- Sound understanding of computer systems hardware, software, networks, etc.
- Experience in controlling information technology budget.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- Project Management experience a plus.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Familiarity with Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Commutable distance to Shrewsbury, NJ.
- Regional travel up to 30%.
