Inside Sales Representative - ChannelThis role is charged with generating and qualifying sales leads via live chat, email, and phone communication with Channel Partners and End Customers. The expectation is to eventually become an expert on our products and service offerings to meet customer needs while generating new opportunities and sales.Collaborate with the EMEA Channel Sales Team and Channel Partners to generate sales for Fluke Health Solutions Hardware, Software and Service Offers.Handle inbound inquiries via live chat, email, and phone with a focus on generating sales.Daily Funnel / Opportunity management in Microsoft Dynamics CRMAchieve all sales lead and opportunity generation goalsOutbound prospecting, sales pipeline development, and following up on leadsDegree in Sales, Marketing or Technical fieldMinimum of 2 - 4 years of inside sales or customer service experienceStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Previous experience with MS-Dynamics and/or equivalent CRM.Demonstrated ability to work independently with reasonable supervision.Fluency in English and preferable 1-2 other European Languages.Exceptional interpersonal, communication and writing skills are required to interact with customers, other employees, and management; requires the ability to anticipate and solve problems.Strong team player with the ability to interact with Channel Sales Teams and Marketing Team in EMEA.Medical Segment experience is preferredFortive's essential technology makes the world safer and more productive.
