What you will be doing:

• Follow the daily assignment of cleaning vacant and occupied guest rooms.
• Ensure all standards (Fairmont Forbes AAA LQA etc) are followed and met on a daily basis.
• Perform tasks and/or projects assigned by Housekeeping management and staff.
• Maintain a clear communication and offer assistance to Fairmont guests.

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• 14 years in Housekeeping or related area
• Knowledge of the function and department processes
• Understand and communicate to guests and colleagues in English
• Basic knowledge of technology use (computer device radios)
