This individual contributor role requires independent work with minimal supervision, leveraging professional expertise and judgment to drive improvements and meet project goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and modify process formulations, methods, and controls to adhere to quality standards.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements, modifications, or additions to enhance documentation and efficiency.
  • Review product development requirements to assess compatibility with processing methods and determine associated costs and schedules.
  • Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet process and technology target specifications.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, applying professional judgment and expertise in your field.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical knowledge gained through experience.
  • Strong understanding and application of procedures and concepts within your discipline.
  • Ability to make informed judgments based on practice and previous experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to adapt work schedule as needed to accommodate project demands.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% on average, with potential increases up to 50% during peak project phases.
