We're looking for a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Implementation Specialist with experience integrating ERP and WMS platformsideally someone who's worked with Acumatica ERP and Savant WMS, though similar systems would be fine. This person will also be responsible for documenting warehouse procedures and providing ongoing support to our warehouse team after implementation. Its a big plus if you're familiar with barcode scanners, Zebra printers, and labeling standards like license plate labels and GS1.About the RoleThe WMS Implementation Specialist will lead the implementation and integration of WMS with ERP systems, collaborating with internal teams to define and document warehouse procedures and workflows.ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation and integration of WMS with ERP systemsCollaborate with internal teams to define and document warehouse procedures and workflowsConfigure and test WMS functionalities to meet operational requirementsTrain warehouse employees on system usage, barcode scanning, and label printingMaintain and update system documentation, SOPs, and training materialsEnsure compliance with barcode and license plate label standardsManage and support hardware integration including Zebra printers, barcode scanners, and mobile devicesProvide post-implementation support to warehouse staff, resolving day-to-day issues QualificationsExperience with ERP-WMS integration, ideally involving Acumatica ERP and Savant WMS (or similar systems)Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics workflowsFamiliarity with barcode technologies and barcode scanners, Zebra printers, and label standardsAbility to write clear and structured documentationStrong problem-solving and communication skillsExperience supporting end-users in a warehouse or logistics environment Preferred SkillsHands-on experience with Acumatica ERP and Savant WMSKnowledge of GS1 standards and license plate labelingExperience with warehouse automation tools and mobile warehouse devicesFamiliarity with inventory control methodologies such as FIFO, LIFO, and cycle countingUnderstanding of shipping and receiving processes, including ASN and carrier integrationExperience conducting user training and onboarding for warehouse systemsAbility to identify and recommend process improvements based on system capabilitiesExposure to multi-location warehouse environments or 3PL operations
