Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Proposal Coordinator at our location in Thornton, CO. The Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to proposal coordination, preparation, management, and writing. They will work closely with the team to develop and respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals) in a timely and accurate manner. Attention to detail, effective communication, and strong organizational skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications
  • Proposal Coordination, Proposal Preparation, and Proposal Management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret RFP requirements
  • Experience in proposal writing and development
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
