Additionally, this role will involve marketing efforts, building relationships with medical providers and other businesses to generate client referrals, and providing in-office administrative support.


Key Responsibilities:.

  1. Client Intake: Answer incoming calls and emails from potential clients, gather initial case information, and determine if the case fits our criteria.
  2. Client Relations: Build rapport with potential clients, listen to their concerns, and provide reassurance about our legal services.
  3. Case Evaluation: Conduct preliminary evaluations of potential cases, identify key facts, and schedule consultations with attorneys.
  4. Sales and Outreach: Follow up with leads, explain our services, and convert inquiries into retained clients.
  5. Database Management: Accurately enter and update client information in our case management system.
  6. Marketing: Assist with marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the firm’s services.
  7. Networking: Develop and maintain relationships with medical providers, social services providers, and other businesses that may refer clients.
  8. Administrative Support: Provide in-office support including answering calls, creating and managing files, and assisting attorneys, case managers, and the marketing director with various projects.
  9. Coordination: Work closely with attorneys and case managers to ensure seamless client onboarding and case management.
  10. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  1. Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  2. Experience: Previous experience in a sales, customer service, legal intake, marketing role, or administrative support is preferred.
  3. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to connect with people, show empathy, and build trust.
  5. Sales Acumen: Proven track record of converting leads into clients.
  6. Marketing Skills: Experience in marketing and building professional relationships.
  7. Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  8. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with case management software is a plus.
  9. Education: Some college coursework or degree preferred
