Lead Superintendent- MultifamilyManage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project schedules and quality standards. Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications for construction projects. Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues that arise. Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials to the job site. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to construction. Familiarity with local, state, and federal construction regulations.Competitive base salary ranging from $160,000 to $180,000 USD. Comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being.
